These Terms & Conditions govern your use of orlandovillarent.com and any bookings made through our site. By using our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
The property referred to as “the villa” is a privately owned vacation rental located in Orlando, Florida. All bookings are accepted at the discretion of the property owner. The lead guest making the booking must be at least 21 years of age.
To confirm your booking, a completed booking form and a deposit (or full payment, where applicable) are required.
A deposit (typically 20%) is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
A refundable security deposit may be required to cover any damage, breakages, or excessive cleaning.
Cancellations must be made in writing by the lead guest. We recommend guests take out travel insurance.
The villa may only be occupied by the number of guests agreed at the time of booking. Parties, events, or subletting are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
The owners accept no responsibility for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during your stay.
Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated with prior agreement.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
